OUR STORY

SalTea Sloth LLC., the predecessor to SID Franchise, LLC, began as a company based in the town of Webb City, Missouri. The spark that launched the company came from the desire to offer healthy X-treme Teas, Shakes and Smoothie's in a retail store experience.

SalTea Sloth was founded in 2020 in Webb City, Missouri. The company has experienced great success in that market utilizing social media to boost the sale of their healthy drinks. The X-treme teas are the primary driver of sales. These teas come in over 195 flavors and represent over 80% of total revenue.

The first location quickly took off under the direction of co-founder, Misty Winningham. Consistent marketing campaigns, heavily leveraging social media, resulted in fast growth through referrals and sound business principles. Gross sales in that store exceeded $500,000 in the first year and soon co-founder Brad Winningham left his career in law enforcement to join Misty full-time in support of the business.

The second location on 32nd and Connecticut in Joplin, MO was added in June of 2021. The company was in the mode of fast organic growth as they expanded their social media and marketing campaigns and accelerated their local presence with a second location. Remarkably, SalTea Sloth, LLC, became the local leader in healthy beverages featuring X-treme Teas, Shakes and Smoothies grossing nearly $1.2 million from both stores in its second year. The Winningham's plan to open their 3rd location in Northwest Arkansas soon.

Wishing to expand this success beyond the local market, the Winningham's started SID Franchise, LLC. Through rigorous adherence to the founding principles, practices, and procedures as implemented by our franchisees, SID Franchise, LLC will become the standard of excellence in this growing industry.
